How we make, ship and deliver your order, and what happens if something is not right when it arrives.
Almost everything we sell is made to order for you. Once you order, we prepare a digital proof and send it to you within 24 hours. Nothing goes into production until you approve it, so you always see exactly what you are getting before we print.
Production starts the day you approve your proof. Most items are produced within a few working days; larger runs, neon signs and specialist finishes can take longer. If your order has a deadline, tell us when you order and we will confirm whether we can meet it before you pay.
We deliver across Pakistan by tracked courier. Cash on delivery is available in Lahore and Karachi. Delivery charges and the estimated arrival date are shown at checkout.
We ship worldwide by tracked courier. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times depend on the destination, the size and the weight of your order, and are shown at checkout or confirmed with your quote.
International orders may be charged import duties or taxes by the destination country. These are set by local customs, are not included in our prices, and are paid by the recipient.
Every order ships with tracking. We email you the tracking details as soon as your parcel leaves us, and you can also see your order status at any time under My account, Orders.
Because custom products are printed specifically for you, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for a change of mind, or for mistakes in artwork, spelling or sizing that were visible on a proof you approved. Please check your proof carefully before you approve it.
Standard, non-personalised items can be returned unused and in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery. Contact us first and we will tell you where to send them.
If anything arrives damaged, faulty, or different from the proof you approved, we will put it right with a free reprint or a full refund, whichever you prefer.
Refunds are made to your original payment method, normally within 5 to 10 working days of approval.
You can cancel free of charge at any time before you approve your proof. Once production has started we cannot cancel the order, because the materials have already been printed for you.
