Every order is made on demand, which means your item is specially printed just for you after the purchase is confirmed. Our standard processing time is usually between 2 to 5 business days, as each product goes through printing, finishing, and quality checking before it is shipped. Once your order is ready, it is carefully packed and handed over to the courier service for delivery.

Delivery time depends on your location. Orders within Pakistan typically take 2 to 5 business days, while international orders may take around 5 to 15 business days depending on the destination and customs clearance. Although we work with reliable shipping partners, occasional delays may occur due to peak seasons, weather conditions, or customs processes, which are beyond our control.

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. In some cases, free shipping may be offered during promotions or on qualifying orders. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number so you can monitor your package until it reaches you.

Since all products are custom printed, slight variations in color or finish may occur, which is completely normal in print-on-demand production. We do not keep pre-made stock, ensuring every item is freshly created, reducing waste and maintaining quality standards.
